• Your affiliation

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES:

• 1 accepted Abstract (Paper) per Participant / Registration.
• Full Delegates (including also Member of the Scientific Committee and Invited Speakers) are entitled to submit an Abstract as 'Extra Paper'. To do so, please check ‘extra paper fee’ under ‘registration’.
• Students are not entitled for Extra Abstract / Paper submission

Instructions for poster preparation:

The POSTER SIZE must be:

• max. A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm) in Portrait format (see sample image).
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author's name, as stated in the submitted abstract. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet).
• Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available for your convenience. Please check the Final Conference Program for the number of the poster board assigned to you, as well as the date of presentation. Your poster should be displayed according to the order in the Program.
• Posters are to be mounted    2 hours before the Poster Session,
• Note that a POSTER TEMPLATE will be sent to you.
  
  
• Please remove your poster at the end of the session. 
• The Conference organizers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed.
• Posters (topic wise) are expected to be presented on 30th June, 2015.
