Deadline for Abstract Submission:15^th FEBRUARY, 2017(note that it is not compulsory to submit an abstract to attend the conference)

Reduced Registration Fee:
until 15^th December, 2016

Notification of acceptance: 20^th February, 2017

Early Bird Registration: until 15^th March 2017

For logistic reasons, all participants with ORAL or POSTER presentation should be registered till 30^th MAY, 2017

Deadline for Full Paper Submission: until 15^th July, 2017 (it is ot compulsory to submit a Full Paper / Manuscript)
