(*)Student Proof = please provide a copy of your student ID. It MUST be sent together with your Registration Form student = enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program. Student fee does not apply for PostDoc programs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Maximum of 1 accepted Abstract (Paper) per Participant / Registration. Full Delegates (also Members of the Scientific Committee and Invited Speakers) are entitled to submit a second Abstract as 'Extra Abstract‘ (additional page fee apply) Students are not entitled for Extra Abstract / Extra Paper

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- access to all sessions
- eco-friendly bag
- programme
- abstract book in cd format /USB
- all printed material of the conference
- invitation to the get-together reception
- invitation to the gala dinner + cultural show
- coffee breaks (morning & afternoon / 3 full days)
- lunches (3 days)
- social/cultural tour (only for special & early registration)

For logistic reasons, all participants with ORAL or POSTER presentation should be registered until the 10th of June, 2019 (registration payment)

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations must be received by March 15, 2019 for a refund and note that a 100 EUR administrative fee is not refundable. Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons
