(*)Student Proof = please provide a copy of your student ID. It MUST be sent together with your registration form. Note that student = enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program. The student fee does not apply for PostDoc programs.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- access to all sessions
- eco-friendly bag
- programme
- abstract book  (online version (.pdf))
- all printed material of the conference
- invitation to the get-together reception
- invitation to the gala dinner (complementary on request)
- coffee breaks (morning & afternoon / 3 full days)
- lunches (3 days)
- social/cultural tour (for those registered until 1 June, 2021)  

VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
Registration fee includes:
- access to the conference (talks, posters, questions, debates) via live stream
- abstract book (online version, .pdf)
- all printed material of the conference will be delivered to your mailing address
- publication

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Maximum of 1 accepted Abstract (Paper) per Participant / Registration.

For logistic reasons, all participants with an ORAL or POSTER presentation should be registered until the 5th of June, 2021  (i.e., have effectuated the registration payment).

Registration Policy:
Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if you must opt for virtual participation, after choosing the regular registration, a discount voucher (with the corresponding difference to the regular registration) will be issued for the 2022 conference.
Note: if it is unqualified to held onsite finally, the committee has right to change the conference to full web streaming.
