VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION:

All virtual contributions (oral or poster presentations) will be given, during the conference, using a

pre-recorded video* (as live stream) or live streaming**.

(*) 
ORAL presenters should create a 20 minute video. 
INVITED presenters should create a 30 minute video. 
POSTER  presenters should send a high resolution PDF file or PPTX to the conference secretariat (until the 1st of June 2022) accompanied

by a 5 minute video or text of about half an A4 page to explain the poster, to be used during the poster session.  

(*) questions and answers referent to the virtual presentations will be transmitted via the online platform, with access given until the end of the conference  

(*) Pre-recorded video contributions will be available on the online platform during the entire conference. 

(*) detailed instructions on how to record the presentations and how to prepare poster presentations will be provided.

REGISTRATION FEE:  
450 EURO (deadline: 1 JUNE 2022) 

Registration fee includes:
- access to the conference (talks, posters, questions, debates) via live stream.
- abstract book (online version, .pdf)
- all printed material of the conference will be delivered to your mailing address 
- publication 

Publication: 

Full papers can be submitted until 15 July, 2022 directly to Prof. Oechsner. 

Please note that virtual and face-to-face presentation receive the same consideration for publication.
